I am currently in the first year of a 4 year PhD programme at University College London consisting of an MRes and PhD. My undergraduate degree in Computer Science covered a wide range of topics, however, machine learning, and in particular deep learning, stood out as an area of interest to me. My current research focuses on evaluation of the performance of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), and how they can be applied to the detection of Tuberculosis. I have an interest in novel deep learning methodologies and how they can be used to solve real world problems.
My third year project, supervised by Dr Simon O'Keefe
View ProjectThis was my first deep learning project, undertaken as part of the Laidlaw Research and Leadership Scholarship. I presented a poster based on my work at both York Doctoral Symposium and the First Laidlaw Conference.
View ProjectPhD at the UCL EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Medical Imaging, working in conjunction with Find and Treat at UCLH. Extending the use of deep learning for detection of thoracic x-ray identifiable morbidities.
